Ganz CORTROL VMS V1.8.0 Released

Cary, N.C. -  April 29, 2018 — CBC AMERICA., the parent company of the Ganz brand, announced the latest release of their VMS Ganz CORTROL V1.8.0.

Ganz CORTROL V1.8.0 brings several new features and enhancements, offering system administrator's greater control of their infrastructure.

New features:

• Encryption support for client-server communication and server databases
• Support for Keri Systems Doors. NET access control
• Live statuses, Archive navigation, Cardholders’ information, Events & Actions
• OPC Client functionality support under Events & Actions
• Toggling between Local/UTC/Server time in Monitor application
• Mobile application GPS coordinate display on Geo map, recording and playback
• New action ‘Pop-up playback on screen’ in Events and actions configurator
• Selected camera highlight and positioning on map
• Video files (AVI, MP4, MKV) export via HTTP API

Enhancements:

• Implemented edge recording support for Axis cameras
• Added PTZ functionality to Apix-33ZDome/S2 led camera model
• Implemented export to CSV option for all features under Console Monitoring section
• Option ‘configuration import from database’ now automatically upgrades imported DB in case of version mismatch
